Women’s Self-Defense Program

As a part of our community outreach, the Christian County Sheriff’s Office offers Women’s Self-Defense Classes for public education. Attendees will receive training from certified instructors which includes hands-on, self-defense techniques and what to do if they are victims.

This program spans four days, with each class being two hours. Please see the schedule below.

  • Please wear comfortable clothing and no open-toed shoes
  • Classes require active participation in practical exercises.
  • Women 17 years or older are eligible for this course.
  • Applicants must be a resident of Christian County, Missouri
