THE SHERIFF'S OFFICE WILL NOT CALL YOU TO RESOLVE A WARRANT OVER THE PHONE!!The Christian County Sheriff's Office has continued to receive scam calls claiming to be an employee of our office. These callers are claiming you have a warrant, and they are able to resolve it over the phone. THIS IS A SCAM!!Sheriff Brad Cole advises:• If you receive a suspicious call claiming to be from our office or any law enforcement agency, do not take it at face value.• Contact the Christian County Sheriff’s Office directly at 417-582-5330 to verify the authenticity of the call.
